Hi, Lovely blog. You remind me of a French olive cookbook (not with olives in the recipes but recipes to cure and store olives) called, "Les Olives du Table" by Fiorella Cottier-Angeli. I don't know if it's been translated into English but the author gives various recipes from all over the Mediterranean. I made "Olive al Forno" from her book and they turned out beautifully!
